Sort and Filter

The DeviProp worksheet provides capabilities to improve the evaluation and validation of Costs and Prices WBSs.

A WBS can be sorted based on a code (also known as an “acronym”) entered in particular columns, for example Currency, Cost Centre etc. Custom views of the worksheet that hide or expose selected columns and/or rows can be specified by the user by defining Filters based on these codes.

Expand and Collapse

The worksheet view can also be customised using the WBS expand/collapse icons to display the required level of row consolidation.

Analysis and Reporting

Financial Evaluation and Validation of the Offer

Several reporting and analytic features are available for the financial evaluation and validation of the Offer, including

• Analysis cubes: These multi-dimensional data cubes and their associated Pivot Tables allow the analysis and synthesis of data, according to easily modified selection criteria. The cubes are fully configurable by the end user with respect to size and content of cells
• Price Sheet: This report summarises the Selling Price of items and key financial ratios of the Offer. The default Price Sheet report template provided by DeviProp includes the “Financing diagram” and can be customised for the organisation to include several summary pages
